Erin leads the creation and development of ilili’s purpose-driven jewelry line, from initial concept and design to production, packaging, e-commerce, sales and customer service. With a background in jewelry design and a passion for marine conservation, she oversees every aspect of our jewelry product journey, ensuring each piece reflects ilili’s mission to protect sharks, rays, and ocean ecosystems. She also manages inventory, materials sourcing, product photography, web content and customer support —bringing beauty, meaning, and impact together in every collection.
