Ethel Mendez

Ethel is a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Specialist with 15+ years of multi-sectoral experience designing, implementing and evaluating programs in international development. She has led teams and leveraged partnerships across Latin America, South Asia and beyond, including while leading a 501c3 organization in the United States. She currently consults for the World Bank and for a variety of non profit organizations and foundations. Ethel holds a Masters in Public and NonProfit Management from New York University and is trained as a leadership coach and yoga instructor.
