Damaged or Lost Items
However, if your item arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost. To request a replacement, please email us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the damaged item, if applicable.

Replacements are limited to one per order and are subject to item availability.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Processing Time
Orders are typically packed and shipped within 3–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays), unless otherwise noted. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Method and Costs
All thank-you gifts are shipped via USPS with shipping included. There are no additional shipping charges within the U.S.
